# Privacy Policy — Polyrec Meeting Bot

Polyrec is a private, internal meeting transcription tool used exclusively within Polyanalitika.

## Data We Collect
When the Polyrec bot joins a Zoom meeting, the following data is captured:
- Audio streams of meeting participants
- Participant display names as shown in Zoom
- Meeting metadata (date, duration)

## How Data Is Used
Captured audio is transcribed to text using a self-hosted AI model. Transcripts are stored in a private knowledge base accessible only to authorized members of the organization. Audio is discarded after transcription.

## Data Storage
All data is stored exclusively on private infrastructure operated by Polyanalitika. No meeting content is transmitted to any third-party service or cloud provider.

## Data Retention
Transcripts are retained indefinitely for organizational knowledge management. Users may request deletion by contacting the administrator.

## Data Subject Rights
Members of the organization may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting the administrator at the support address below.
