# Terms of Use — Polyrec Meeting Bot

Polyrec is an internal tool available exclusively to authorized members of Polyanalitika.

## Permitted Use
Polyrec may only be used to transcribe meetings for legitimate organizational purposes. The bot must not be used to record meetings without the knowledge of participants.

## Participant Notice
When Polyrec joins a meeting, all participants are notified of its presence as a visible participant named "Polyrec". By continuing in the meeting, participants consent to transcription.

## Restrictions
- Do not use Polyrec to record confidential meetings of third parties without authorization
- Do not share API credentials or access keys with unauthorized users
- Do not attempt to extract or redistribute transcripts outside the organization

## Limitation of Liability
Polyrec is provided as-is for internal use. Polyanalitika is not liable for transcription errors or data loss.
